Nutrinergy provides a platform that connects users and nutrition coaches, and supports related account, communication, and scheduling features.

  • Usage data (such as interactions with features, pages, and settings)
  • Communication data (such as support requests and platform messages)
  • Technical data (such as device, browser, IP address, and log information)

3. How We Use Data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve Nutrinergy services
  • To manage user accounts and platform functionality
  • To communicate about service updates, support, and operational matters
  • To protect the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

We process personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and where required, user consent.

Nutrinergy does not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communication, and platform operations, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this statement, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to access, correct, restrict, object to, or delete their personal data.

8. Deletion and Inactivation

Users can request data deletion in the app via Account → Delete Account → Delete Data. A deletion request is then created, and data is deleted within 5 working days, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Users can also choose account inactivation so data is not lost. Inactivated accounts are protected and blocked from lookup or viewing by other users and unauthorized parties.
