Data Deletion & Account Inactivation

This page explains how Nutrinergy users can request deletion of personal data or choose account inactivation to keep data stored but inaccessible.

Request Data Deletion in the App

You can request deletion of your data directly in the Nutrinergy app by following these steps:

  1. Open your account settings
  2. Select Delete Account
  3. Confirm Delete Data

Once submitted, a deletion request is created and processed by our team. Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 5 working days, unless we are legally required to retain specific records for a longer period.

Account Inactivation (Alternative)

If you do not want your account to be active but prefer not to lose your data, you can choose account inactivation instead of deletion.

When an account is inactivated, the account and associated data are protected and blocked from lookup, access, and viewing by other users or unauthorized parties. This allows you to preserve your data while your account remains inactive.

Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
  • Inactivation keeps your data stored securely, so your account can potentially be reactivated later.
  • Nutrinergy applies appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored personal data.
